Cut-Size Sheeting and Packaging Equipment
Recently, another CHM-A4-2 copy paper production line was officially put into operation at the customer’s site in Asia. The Changjiang engineering team, along with local customer representatives and technicians, stood side by side in front of the equipment for a group photo. This not only recorded the joy of the smooth commissioning of the production line but also interpreted Changjiang Machinery’s unwavering original aspiration of “winning customers over with service and building trust with quality” over the past 21 years.
From the arrival of the equipment at the customer’s site for positioning and installation to its commissioning and operation, the team of mechanical engineers from Changjiang will be stationed throughout the process, providing dedicated services. They will train the operators step by step until they are proficient in their positions. Moreover, they will thoughtfully tailor equipment maintenance plans based on the local climate characteristics. The person in charge of the customer sincerely praised: “Choosing Changjiang Machinery is not only because of its technologically advanced equipment, but also what moves us more is the service attitude of ‘treating customers’ matters as our own’.”
This confidence in earning trust stems from 21 years of technological accumulation. Since its establishment in 2004, Changjiang Machinery has always adhered to the core concept of “continuously and stably creating value for customers”, and has steadily delved into the field of paper product processing equipment: In 2006, Changjiang Machinery’s first domestic A4 copy paper slitting machine with independent intellectual property rights was launched and put into production, breaking the international monopoly and filling the domestic gap in the production line for directly slitting web paper into A4 paper. Nowadays, it has formed a service capability covering the entire life cycle, providing one-stop solutions for paper printing enterprises. Moreover, the paper cutting engineer training camp founded in 2019 has further helped customers enhance production efficiency. Up to now, Changjiang Machinery has applied for a total of 238 domestic patents, and many technical indicators have reached the advanced level of the industry. Just as Zhong Sheng, the founder of Changjiang Machinery, insists on quality: “If our customers’ production lines are to operate for ten or twenty years, our equipment must stand the test of time.”
