Following the last master-apprentice inheritance ceremony of SMH machinery, it aroused a strong response from all employees. Apprentice training
SMH Machinery adopts the academic teaching methods passed down by Confucianism to present a ceremony of apprenticeship. Experienced colleagues from the Yangtze River Machinery team serve as the mentors, while new employees act as the apprentices. The production department manager and marketing consultant act as guarantors to jointly witness this scene of apprenticeship.
