The CHM-A4-4 is a mature, fully integrated system designed for high-volume production.

The line includes twin shaftless unwind stands, de-curling unit, slitting unit, synchronized rotary cutting system, conveyor and collating section, ream wrapping unit, and centralized PLC control.

With a 4-roll configuration, the machine is built for high capacity. Under standard 8-hour operation, it can produce up to 400 tons of A4 paper, meeting the needs of large-scale manufacturers.

The entire process is fully automatic, covering paper cutting, ream wrapping, carton packing, and robotic stacking. It reduces manual work, improves efficiency, and ensures consistent product quality.
